How do you write a sample / sales-kit box brief?

A sample is not a shelf SKU; it is a compact set for sales meetings, influencers or store trials. Grapxo produces vector design—it is not an image generator; printing is at the plant.

Sample ≠ shelf SKU

Legal density may be lighter, but brand language should match. Purpose: sales kit, sampling, store trial. Copying the shelf dieline often yields the wrong size.

Brief checklist

Unit count and layout, inner insert or tray, outer size limit (shipping/bag fit), language, QR or card area if any, run-size band. Do not invent sizes or stock.

Cost and production notes

Small runs often use digital or short-run board; finishes can stay simple. Run cost and lead time come from the supplier—Grapxo does not invent them.

Next step in Grapxo

Open the studio from the packaging design page. Grapxo is a vector engine, not an image generator. The brief template, ecommerce box and cosmetic packaging pages are also useful. Questions: info@grapxo.com
