What is a dieline template?
It is the flat net of the box: the lines to cut (CUT) and the lines to fold (CREASE). The printer makes the cutting die from it and the artwork sits on top of it.
Are the sizes inside dimensions?
Yes. Width, depth and height are the inside space the product fits in; the engine adds board thickness and flap allowances itself.
Which file should I download?
PDF or SVG if you work in Illustrator or Inkscape; DXF for the printer's cutting plotter or CAD. All three are in millimetres and contain the same drawing. In the PDF, cut and crease lines are separate spot colours (CutContour, Crease).
