Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and performance of a plan or extra design right bought online on grapxo.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
What a plan includes
There are three plans: Starter (5 new design downloads a month, 1 brand), Pro (15 new design downloads a month, 3 brands) and Agency (unlimited new design downloads with fair use of 300 a month, unlimited brands, 5 team members). Plans are bought monthly or yearly. A yearly plan runs for 12 months and is paid up front, in one payment, at the price of 10 months. Every plan includes box and label design, print-ready PDF, SVG and DXF output, finishes (foil, gilding, embossing), the design gallery and free re-downloads of the same design.
Price, exchange rate and payment
List prices are in US dollars (USD), excluding VAT: Starter $10, Pro $20, Agency $100 a month; the yearly price is 10 times the monthly price. An extra design right costs $3 each and is sold only to active plan holders. Sales invoiced in Turkey are charged in Turkish lira (TRY) with 20% VAT included; the USD price is converted at that day's USD selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) and rounded to the nearest 10 TRY. The amount shown at the payment step is locked for 30 minutes; that amount is charged even if the rate moves. If the time runs out, a new amount at the current rate is shown and must be confirmed again. If the rate cannot be updated for more than 48 hours, purchases from Turkey pause. Sales invoiced outside Turkey are charged in USD without VAT; in the European Union we currently sell to companies only.
Performance and delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the plan and its rights are added to the buyer's account at once; designs are produced in the studio and delivered as downloads. There is no physical delivery. The invoice uses the details entered at the payment step.
How long rights last
A plan's monthly rights expire at the end of each month; unused rights do not move to the next month. On Pro, unused rights carry over to the next month only (1 month) if the plan renews without a break, and then expire. On Agency, at most 300 new designs can be downloaded in a month (fair use); extra rights can be bought in a month where that limit is reached. The free first right given at sign-up and extra rights you buy do not expire at the end of the month. Brands are counted per month. Re-downloading the same design is free and uses no right.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans do not renew by themselves and no card is charged automatically. A monthly plan runs for 30 days from payment and a yearly plan for 12 months, and each ends on its own. If you renew early, the new period starts from the end date of the current one. While a yearly plan is running, a new plan or renewal cannot be bought; that option opens in the yearly plan's last month. To upgrade a yearly plan, write to info@grapxo.com; we will count the time you have left. Details are on the refund and cancellation page.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to intangible goods delivered instantly. By ticking the consent box at the payment step, the buyer agrees that performance starts immediately and confirms they know the right of withdrawal therefore ends.
Buyer's obligations
The buyer is responsible for correct billing details and for the security of their account. Plan rights belong to the account; team members use them within the plan's team limit. Attempts to get around the fair-use limit or misuse of the service are handled under the terms of use.
Disputes
Disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits.
Entry into force
At the payment step the buyer declares online that they have read and accept the pre-contract information and this agreement; the agreement is made when payment is confirmed. The seller keeps the agreement text and the consent record.
