Is a window required?
No. Add it to the dieline only if you want to show the product; there is a cost and protection trade-off.
No exact sizes?
Give at least a rough silhouette and part count; attach a supplier drawing when you can.

Focus is carton dieline + vector art. Tray notes stay in the brief for your converter.
