What is a packaging sleeve—and how does it join box and label?
A sleeve is a sliding thin carton band; a wrap is an adhesive label. Grapxo builds all three as vector dielines in one brand language—it is not an image generator.
Sleeve, wrap, carton—three languages
Sleeve = sliding thin carton band (often called a kılıf/sleeve in briefs). Wrap label sticks around a bottle or surface; do not confuse it with a carton sleeve. State which layer you want in the brief.
When sleeve + box?
When you want a brand band on shelf and a slide moment at unboxing. The outer carton carries protection, inserts and legal copy; the sleeve is the brand face. Decide sleeve-only, sleeve+box, or +label by channel.
Set brief fields
Product type, bottle/box sizes, sleeve height or diameter, label stock (clear/opaque), language, finish notes, and how many dieline surfaces you need. Grapxo does not invent measurements.
Next step in Grapxo
Open the studio from the label vs box page and write separate dieline briefs for the sleeve, the box and the label. Grapxo is a vector engine, not an image generator. The one-brief multi-output and layered vector checklist pages are also useful. Questions: info@grapxo.com
